Lucy
Lucy is the Owner of Chalkhouse and one of our three designated safeguarding leads. She has 25 years' experience of working with children, is a qualified paediatric nurse, a mother to five children and a grandmother to two.
Henry
Henry is our Business Manager. He has over 20 years' experience in financial services and is always on hand to help with any funding or invoice queries.
Mica
Mica is our Manager and one of our three designated safeguarding leads. She is a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse with 16 years' experience in childcare.
Sammie
Sammie is our Deputy Manager, Baby Room Leader and one of our three designated safeguarding leads. She is a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse with 14 years' experience in childcare.
Bethan
Bethan is our Toddler Room Leader. She is a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse with 8 years' experience in childcare.
Holly
Holly is our Preschool Room Leader. She is a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse with 7 years' experience in childcare.
Hayley
Hayley is a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse with 5 years' experience in childcare. She works in our Baby Room.
Sneha
Sneha is a Nursery Nurse with a Level 3 Award in childcare and 4 years' experience in childcare. She works in our Toddler Room.
Lesley
Lesley is our Early Years Curriculum Leader and Music Teacher. She has nearly 30 years’ experience as a classroom teacher and a music curriculum lead in both the state and private sector. Lesley has also taught piano and singing as a peripatetic.
Kaavya
Kaavya is a Nursery Assistant and mother of 2 with 2 years' experience in childcare. As well as English, Kaavya also speaks Hindi and Tamil.
Claire
Claire is a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse with 10 years' experience in childcare. She works in our Toddler Room.
Krithika
Krithika works in our Pre-school Room as a Nursery Assistant. She has over 10 years' experience in education, working as a teacher and an exam invigilator. Krithika loves musical instruments and sensory play.
Lillie
Lillie is a Nursery Assistant. She works in our Baby Room.

Denise is a Nursery Assistant and mother of two. She works across all of our rooms.
Debbie
Debbie is our on-site chef. She has over 15 years' experience in catering at nurseries and schools. Debbie loves baking treats for the children.
